Geese continue to captivate my paintbrush as I choose subjects for my paintings. A contrast to my standard stippling style, a goose's soft and flowy feathers prove to be a challenge for stylistic consistency. It is easy to want to quit a painting when it seems not to be going anywhere, but often, what is needed is patience and persistence. That is what I learned through this painting.
