For this self-portrait, I wanted to incorporate elements that are meaningful to me. Creating this piece was incredibly therapeutic—it helped me through a difficult time. I started by using a grid to guide the initial sketch, which gave me a solid foundation to build from.

From there, I added in the facial elements, attempting to get the textures right.
